Ingredients
- 1 1/3 cups (300g) 4% high-protein cottage cheese (room temperature)
- 4 large eggs (room temperature)
- 1 cup (177g) white chocolate chips or chopped white chocolate
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C). Grease a 6-inch round cake pan and line it with parchment paper.
- Blend cottage cheese and eggs in a blender until smooth.
- Melt white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 20-second intervals until fully melted. Let cool slightly.
- Pour melted chocolate into the blender with the cottage cheese mixture and blend until combined.
- Transfer batter to the prepared cake pan and place inside a larger baking pan filled halfway with water (water bath).
- Bake for 50-55 minutes or until set in the center.
