Ingredients

- 2 cups water
- 1 jar (15 oz) Alfredo sauce
- 8 lasagna noodles, broken into pieces
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- Freshly chopped parsley, for garnish
Instructions

- Sauté chopped onion for 3-4 minutes until soft. Stir in minced garlic for an additional minute.
