  • 500 g Pasta
  • 1 TB Olive Oil
  • 1 Onion (chopped)
  • 2 t Garlic (crushed)
  • 750 g Lean Ground Beef
  • 600 g Canned Tomato Soup (condensed)
  • 600 g Canned Mushroom Soup (condensed)
  • 1 cup Milk
  • Salt and Black Pepper (to taste)
  • Paprika
  • Dried Parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and spray a large oven dish with cooking spray.
  2. Cook the pasta in a large pot according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté chopped onion and crushed garlic until softened.
  4. Add lean ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking up large pieces.
  5. Return drained pasta to its pot; mix in the meat mixture along with tomato soup, mushroom soup, and milk. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Transfer to the prepared oven dish, sprinkle with paprika and parsley, then bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly.
