  • 1 pint grape tomatoes
  • 6 slices cooked thick-cut turkey bacon
  • sharp cheddar cheese (cubed)
  • Texas Toast croutons
  • fresh chives (optional)
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon buttermilk
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Chop the romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces and rinse thoroughly. Dry using a salad spinner or paper towels and place in a large serving bowl.
  2. Halve the grape tomatoes and add them to the bowl with the lettuce.
  3. Chop the cooked turkey bacon into small pieces and add it to the salad along with cubed sharp cheddar cheese.
