  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup softened cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • Optional: baby spinach, shredded lettuce, or sliced tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Prepare the filling: In a mixing bowl, combine cooked chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, mayonnaise. Mix until creamy.
  2. Assemble the wraps: Lay tortillas on a flat surface. Spoon one-fourth of the filling onto each tortilla. If desired, add veggies on top. Fold sides inward and roll tightly from the bottom.
  3. Brush with garlic butter: Mix melted butter and minced garlic in a small bowl. Brush over the outside of each wrap.
  4. Toast the wraps: Heat a skillet over medium heat and place wraps seam-side down. Toast for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
