Ingredients

  • 1 cup corn syrup
  • 1 cup peanut butter (creamy or crunchy)
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 6 cups corn Chex cereal
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, mix together corn syrup, peanut butter, and sugar over medium heat until melted and smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture over 6 cups of corn Chex in a large bowl and stir until evenly coated.
  3. Scoop out clusters (about 2 tablespoons each) onto parchment paper and allow them to cool completely.
  4. Melt semisweet and butterscotch chips together in a double boiler or microwave until smooth.
