Ingredients
- 300 g Pasta
- 1 tsp Olive oil
- 300 g Chicken breast chunks
- 3 Cloves garlic
- 1 Large onion
- 300 g Broccoli
- 500 ml Milk
- 2 tbsp Plain flour
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 150 g Cheese
Instructions
- Cook pasta in salted boiling water for 5 minutes. Drain.
- In a frying pan, heat olive oil and sauté chicken until golden brown.
- Add chopped onions and crushed garlic; cook until softened.
- Stir in plain flour for about 2 minutes.
- Gradually add milk and half the cheese; season with salt and pepper.
- Combine drained pasta and broccoli with the sauce, then transfer to an oven-safe dish.
