- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and olive oil. Grill or pan-sear until fully cooked (6–7 minutes per side), then slice into bite-sized pieces.
- Chop the romaine lettuce into medium-sized pieces for crunch.
- Prepare the dressing by whisking together mayonnaise, lemon juice, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, and Parmesan cheese until creamy.
