- 300g fettuccine
- 2 chicken breasts
- 30g butter
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 1/4 cups cream
- 3/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 100g sun-dried tomatoes
- 70g baby spinach
Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine in boiling salted water according to package instructions for al dente. Reserve some pasta water and drain.
