- 2 pounds russet potatoes
- 4 chicken breasts

- 2–3 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt

- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
Instructions
