- 12 oz Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 14 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 2 tbsp Unsalted Butter
- 1 cup Chopped Pecans
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
- Cream unsalted butter and light brown sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in vanilla extract.
- Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until just combined, then fold in quick oats.
- In a saucepan over low heat, combine chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, butter, and vanilla until smooth.
- Spread half of the oatmeal mixture into the prepared pan, pour fudge over it, and crumble remaining oatmeal mixture on top.
- Bake for about 30 minutes or until golden brown around the edges. Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
