  • 2 1/2 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 cup Unsalted Butter (room temperature)
  • 2 cups Light Brown Sugar (lightly packed)
  • 2 Large Eggs (room temperature)
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 3 cups Quick Oats
  • 12 oz Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 14 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 2 tbsp Unsalted Butter
  • 1 cup Chopped Pecans

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
  3. Cream unsalted butter and light brown sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until just combined, then fold in quick oats.
  5. In a saucepan over low heat, combine chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, butter, and vanilla until smooth.
  6. Spread half of the oatmeal mixture into the prepared pan, pour fudge over it, and crumble remaining oatmeal mixture on top.
  7. Bake for about 30 minutes or until golden brown around the edges. Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
