- 16 oz potato gnocchi
- ½ cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)

- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- 5 oz fresh spinach
- 1/4 teaspoon salt (to taste)
- coarsely ground black pepper (to taste)
- red pepper flakes (to taste)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add sliced crimini mushrooms, seasoning with salt and pepper, and sauté until tender (about 5 minutes).
- Stir in minced garlic and cook until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Add potato gnocchi, stirring to combine.
- Reduce heat to low; mix in heavy cream, Italian seasoning, fresh spinach, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5–7 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
