  • â…“ cup honey

  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp cold water
  • Sesame seeds for garnish
  • Sliced green onion for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, ketchup, honey, and minced garlic until well combined.
  2. Spray the crockpot insert with nonstick spray and arrange the chicken in an even layer.

  4. Cover and cook on high for 2-3 hours or low for 4-5 hours, ensuring chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  5. Remove chicken; mix cornstarch with cold water until smooth and stir into the sauce in the crockpot. Cook for another 15 minutes until thickened.
  6. Return chicken to the crockpot, coat with thickened sauce, garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
