  • 1 (4 oz.) can diced green chiles
  • 1 (15 oz.) can cannellini beans
  • 1 (15 oz.) can great northern beans
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 cup onion (chopped)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp cilantro (fresh, chopped)
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp oregano (dried)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp chili powder

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients: Chop the onion and mince the garlic.
  2. Combine all ingredients except chicken in the slow cooker; stir well.
  3. Place the chicken on top of the mixture, ensuring it's covered.
  4. Cook on low for 7 hours or high for 4 hours until chicken is cooked through.
  5. Shred the chicken with forks and stir into the chili before serving.
