- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef and chopped onion until no pink remains. Drain excess fat.
- Slice the potatoes into rounds about 1/8 inch thick.
