  • 4–6 Boneless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 46 Slices Crystal Farms® Marble Jack Cheese
  • Olive oil & vinegar dressing (for marinating)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to high heat.
  2. Flatten boneless chicken breasts to about 1/2 inch thickness using a meat mallet.
  3. Optionally marinate in olive oil & vinegar dressing for added flavor.
  4. Grill chicken for about 6 minutes on one side, then flip and grill for an additional 4–6 minutes until cooked (internal temperature reaches 165°F).
