  • 2 packages (8 oz each) softened cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 16 oz frozen spinach or 8–12 oz fresh spinach
  • 18 oz artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 3/4 Tbsp garlic salt or grated fresh garlic
  • 1 Tbsp onion powder
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, spinach, artichokes, garlic salt, onion powder, mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.
  3. Transfer the mixture into an oven-safe baking dish and spread evenly. Top with additional shredded cheese if desired.
  4. Bake for 25–30 minutes until the cheese is melted and slightly golden on top.
  5. Allow to cool slightly before serving with your choice of dippers.
