- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 16 oz frozen spinach or 8–12 oz fresh spinach
- 18 oz artichoke hearts, chopped
- 3/4 Tbsp garlic salt or grated fresh garlic
- 1 Tbsp onion powder
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, spinach, artichokes, garlic salt, onion powder, mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.
- Transfer the mixture into an oven-safe baking dish and spread evenly. Top with additional shredded cheese if desired.
