  • 8 g baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • ½ tsp vanilla essence
  • ½ cup milk
  • 25 g butter (softened or melted)
  • 1 cup strawberries (chopped)

Instructions

  3. Crack the egg into the well and add vanilla. Mix lightly before adding half the milk. Combine, then add remaining milk and melted butter until smooth.

  5. Spoon mixture into muffin tin lined with patty pans, filling each about three-quarters full.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
