  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 2 packs ramen noodles (fresh or dried)
  • 1 green onion, chopped (for garnish)
  • 1 teaspoon chili oil (optional, for extra heat)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine chili powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Coat the chicken with the spice blend and let it marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken for 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Allow to rest before slicing.
  3. In a small saucepan over medium heat, sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream until slightly thickened; set aside.
  4. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions in boiling water; drain and set aside.
  5. In another pot, heat sesame oil and sauté garlic. Add chicken broth and soy sauce; stir in previously prepared cream sauce and simmer for 5-7 minutes.
  6. Divide noodles into bowls, pour spicy broth over them, top with sliced chicken and drizzle with creamy garlic sauce.
