Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 8 oz shell pasta
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the shell pasta according to package instructions. Drain and reserve some pasta water.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Sear steak bites seasoned with smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until browned (about 4–5 minutes). Set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic for 1–2 minutes. Add fresh thyme.
- Lower heat and add cooked pasta, heavy cream, and Parmesan cheese. Stir well to coat; adjust with reserved pasta water if needed.
- Return steak bites to the skillet and combine gently. Garnish with parsley before serving.
