  • 16 ounces penne pasta

  • 4 cloves garlic (pressed)
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/3 cup Italian style bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. Mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and salt in a bowl. Coat each chicken cutlet with olive oil, then dredge in the breadcrumb mixture.
  3. Heat olive oil over medium heat in a skillet and cook the chicken cutlets for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
