  • 16 ounces lean ground beef
  • 15 ounces jar of Alfredo sauce
  • 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 23 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt & pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  2. Boil salted water and cook penne pasta until al dente; drain.
  3. In an oven-safe skillet, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat; drain excess fat.
