Ingredients

  • 3 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup pepperoncini juice
  • 1 ounce dry ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 ounce au jus gravy mix
  • 10 whole pepperoncinis
  • 4 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken in the Instant Pot and pour the chicken broth and pepperoncini juice over it.
  2. Sprinkle the dry ranch seasoning and au jus gravy mix evenly on top. Add the whole pepperoncinis around the chicken and top with cut butter.
  3. Seal the Instant Pot lid, set the vent to SEALING, and cook on MANUAL mode for 8 minutes.
  4. Allow a natural release of steam for 5 minutes before carefully turning the vent to VENTING to release remaining pressure.
  5. Shred the chicken using two forks and stir into the gravy mixture until well combined.
