Ingredients
- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- ½ cup low-sodium soy sauce
- ¼ cup honey (or brown sugar)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 inch ginger (peeled and grated)
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch (and 1 tablespoon water)
Instructions
- Add chicken to the Instant Pot along with soy sauce, garlic, ginger, ketchup, and hot sauce. Stir to combine.
- Cover the pot and set the valve to sealing. Cook on high pressure for 3 minutes.
- Release steam carefully by turning the vent to release position.

- Make a cornstarch slurry by mixing cornstarch with water; add to the pot and stir until thickened.
