  • 1 lb ground turkey sausage, cooked and drained
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Layer the torn croissants evenly in the baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle the cooked turkey sausage and shredded cheese over the croissants.
  4. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
  5. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the layered ingredients.
