  • 16 oz elbow pasta
  • 10.75 oz cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 2 cups shredded chicken
  • 2½ cups shredded cheese (divided)
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13 baking dish.
  2. Cook the elbow pasta according to package instructions until al dente; drain.
  3. In a large bowl, mix cheddar cheese soup, sour cream, milk, salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder until smooth. Stir in shredded chicken and 2 cups of shredded cheese.
  4. Combine the drained pasta with the sauce mixture until well coated. Pour into the prepared baking dish and cover with foil.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes; remove foil, sprinkle remaining cheese on top, and bake uncovered for an additional 3-5 minutes until melted.
