Ingredients
- 1 lb Rigatoni pasta
- 16 oz Mushrooms (sliced)
- 2 cups Cooked chicken (diced)
- 1½ cup Heavy cream
- ½ cup Chicken stock
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 3 tbsp Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 1 Chopped onion
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 3 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp Fresh chopped basil
- 2 tsp Minced garlic
- Salt (to taste)
- Black pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Cook the rigatoni in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- In a skillet over medium heat, combine olive oil and butter. Sauté chopped onion and minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add sliced mushrooms and cooked chicken; cook until mushrooms are tender.
