  • 60 g unsalted melted butter cooled to room temperature
  • 1 egg at room temperature
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 60 g unsalted butter melted and cooled down to room temperature
  • 100 g brown sugar
  • 100 g crushed Oreos
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 110 g cream cheese at room temperature
  • 3 tbsp icing sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 30 g heavy or whipping cream

Instructions

  1. Prepare the dough by combining lukewarm milk, sugar, and yeast in a mixing bowl; let sit until frothy. Add melted butter, egg, and vanilla, then mix well.
  2. Gradually incorporate flour and salt until a dough forms. Knead on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes until smooth. Cover and let rise for about 1 hour.
  3. For the filling, mix melted butter, brown sugar, crushed Oreos, and cinnamon in a bowl.
  4. Roll out the risen dough into a rectangle and spread the filling evenly on top. Roll tightly into a log and slice into 10 equal pieces.
  5. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and place rolls on a lined baking tray. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Prepare the frosting by beating together cream cheese, icing sugar, vanilla extract, and heavy cream until smooth.
  7. Drizzle or spread frosting over warm rolls before serving.
