- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 110 g cream cheese at room temperature
- 3 tbsp icing sugar
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 30 g heavy or whipping cream
Instructions
- Prepare the dough by combining lukewarm milk, sugar, and yeast in a mixing bowl; let sit until frothy. Add melted butter, egg, and vanilla, then mix well.
- Gradually incorporate flour and salt until a dough forms. Knead on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes until smooth. Cover and let rise for about 1 hour.
- For the filling, mix melted butter, brown sugar, crushed Oreos, and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Roll out the risen dough into a rectangle and spread the filling evenly on top. Roll tightly into a log and slice into 10 equal pieces.
