Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray a 9×13 casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In a large deep pan over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Add diced bell peppers, onion, and minced garlic until softened.
  3. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, spices, diced tomatoes, and rice. Pour in beef stock while reserving half a cup of cheese.
