  • 1/2 cup butter (cut up)
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 8 oz cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1 cup confectioner's sugar
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 2 packages instant pistachio pudding
  • 3 cups milk
  • 2 cups whipped topping (for topping)
  • 1/2 cup toasted almonds (optional)

Instructions

  2. In a large bowl, mix flour and cut-up butter until crumbly. Stir in chopped walnuts and press into a 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
  3. Bake for 20 minutes and allow to cool completely.

  5. Whisk instant pistachio pudding mix with milk until thickened; spread on top of the cream cheese layer.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
