  • 3.4 oz pistachio instant pudding mix
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup shelled and chopped pistachios
  • Wilton Leaf Green Gel Food Coloring

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C). Grease an 8×8 baking pan.
  2. In a mixer, combine softened butter, pistachio pudding mix, and sugar until smooth. Gradually add all-purpose flour until a cohesive dough forms.
