  • 2 cups full-fat cottage cheese
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup pasta sauce (marinara or pizza sauce)
  • 1 cup mixed pizza toppings (turkey pepperoni, bell peppers, olives, mushrooms)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a medium-sized baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, eggs, half of the mozzarella cheese, oregano, and garlic powder. Mix well.
  3. Spread half of the pasta sauce on the bottom of the greased baking dish. Layer half of the cottage cheese mixture over the sauce followed by your preferred pizza toppings.
  4. Repeat layering with the remaining pasta sauce and cottage cheese mixture.
  5. Top with the rest of the mozzarella cheese.
  6. Bake for about 30-35 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
