  • 1 and 1/3 cups orzo (220 grams)

  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 and 1/2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup milk
  • Shredded parmesan cheese (for serving)

Instructions
