  • 2 large eggs
  • 2/3 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 2/3 cup peanut butter chips
  • 1 cup chopped mini peanut butter cups

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two large cookie sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, sift together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk melted butter, brown sugar, white sugar, peanut butter, vanilla extract, and eggs until combined.
  4. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture; stir until just combined. Fold in mini chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, and chopped candy.
  5. Let the cookie dough rest for about 10 minutes before scooping onto the prepared sheets (6 per sheet).
  6. Bake for 13-15 minutes until edges are golden but centers are soft. Allow to cool on the pan for about 5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
