Ingredients
- 1 small cabbage head
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Wash and trim the cabbage head. Cut it in half and slice each half into four flat discs about 3/4 inch thick.
- Place the cabbage steaks on a lined baking sheet. Brush one side with olive oil and season with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Flip and repeat for the other side.
- Roast for about 25 minutes until golden brown and tender.
