  • 3 Tomatillos
  • 2 tablespoons Onions (chopped)
  • 1/22 Jalapeños (seeded and chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons Cilantro (chopped)
  • 1 Avocado (large or 2 small/medium)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/3 cup Water

Instructions

  1. Remove the husks from tomatillos, rinse them under cold water, and quarter them.
  2. Chop the onion and add it to the blender.
  3. Prepare the jalapeño by seeding it, then add to the blender.
  4. Add cilantro directly into the blender.
  5. Scoop out the avocado flesh and blend it with the other ingredients.
  6. Pour in water, salt, and garlic powder; blend until smooth or to your desired consistency.
