Ingredients
- 2 pounds beef shoulder or beef butt, cut into chunks
- 1 can (20 ounces) pineapple chunks, drained (juice reserved)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
