- 3/4 cup butter (room temperature)
- 1 ½ cups sugar
- 3 eggs (room temperature)
- 1 ¼ cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 ½ tablespoons green liquid food coloring
- 12 ounces cream cheese
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 2–3 tablespoons heavy whipping cream (or milk)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with liners.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, cornstarch, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in sour cream and vanilla until smooth.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing just until combined. Fold in green food coloring.
- Fill cupcake liners two-thirds full with batter and bake for about 16 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
