Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Sunflower oil
  • 400 g Steak (cut into thin strips)
  • 300 g Broccoli
  • 160 g Mange tout
  • 250 g Dried egg noodles
  • 1 tbsp Ginger (crushed)
  • 4 Cloves Garlic (crushed)
  • 5 tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 6 tbsp Dark soy sauce (reduced sodium)
  • 6 tbsp Honey
  • 6 tbsp Tomato ketchup
  • Spring onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the sauce by mixing oyster sauce, soy sauce, honey, ginger, garlic, and tomato ketchup in a bowl.
  2. Soak the dried egg noodles in boiling water for about 5 minutes until soft; drain.
  3. Heat sunflower oil in a large frying pan or wok over high heat. Add the steak strips and stir-fry for about 4-5 minutes until browned.
  4. Add broccoli and mange tout to the pan; cook for an additional 4-5 minutes.
  5. Drain excess water from the noodles and add them along with the prepared sauce to the pan. Stir well until everything is heated through.
  6. Serve garnished with chopped spring onions.
