Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Sunflower oil
- 400 g Steak (cut into thin strips)
- 300 g Broccoli
- 160 g Mange tout
- 250 g Dried egg noodles
- 1 tbsp Ginger (crushed)
- 4 Cloves Garlic (crushed)
- 5 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 6 tbsp Dark soy sauce (reduced sodium)
- 6 tbsp Honey
- 6 tbsp Tomato ketchup
- Spring onions for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the sauce by mixing oyster sauce, soy sauce, honey, ginger, garlic, and tomato ketchup in a bowl.
- Soak the dried egg noodles in boiling water for about 5 minutes until soft; drain.
- Heat sunflower oil in a large frying pan or wok over high heat. Add the steak strips and stir-fry for about 4-5 minutes until browned.
- Add broccoli and mange tout to the pan; cook for an additional 4-5 minutes.
- Drain excess water from the noodles and add them along with the prepared sauce to the pan. Stir well until everything is heated through.
- Serve garnished with chopped spring onions.
