Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In one bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, beat eggs and sugar until light and fluffy. Add vegetable oil, buttermilk, apple cider vinegar, and vanilla extract; mix well.
