  • 1 tsp coconut oil

Instructions

  2. Add pitted Medjool dates and pulse until finely chopped.
  3. Incorporate cashew butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt; blend on low speed until sticky dough forms.
  4. Transfer dough to a bowl and mix in crushed freeze-dried strawberries.
  5. Roll into small balls using a cookie scoop or wet hands; arrange on parchment-lined tray.
  6. Freeze bites for 20-30 minutes until firm.
  7. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate chips with coconut oil in increments until smooth.
