  • freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 lb sugar snap peas, strings removed, cut into 1/2-inch pieces diagonally
  • 1 bunch radishes, trimmed and sliced thin
  • 2 oz baby arugula (about 2 large handfuls)
  • 4 oz feta, crumbled

Instructions

  1. Prepare the dressing by combining smashed garlic, lemon juice, apple vinegar, dijon mustard, and salt in a jar. Whisk in olive oil until well blended. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, mix sugar snap peas, sliced radishes, arugula, and crumbled feta.
