  • 2 lb flank beef
  • 2 carrots
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 lb snow peas
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp sweet ginger seasoning
  • oil (for frying)

Instructions

  1. Prepare all ingredients by slicing the flank beef into thin strips and chopping vegetables.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add sliced beef and cook until browned; season with sweet ginger seasoning.
  3. Stir in brown sugar, soy sauce (2 tbsp), and sesame oil. Remove beef from the skillet once combined.
  4. In the same skillet, sauté diced onions until softened, then add julienned carrots and cook until tender.
  5. Add snow peas and an additional tablespoon of soy sauce; cook for another 2 minutes before mixing in minced garlic.
  6. Return the cooked beef to the skillet with vegetables and stir well to combine.
  7. Serve warm over steamed rice or noodles.
