  • 4 slices Dave's Killer Bread Organic Seeded Honey Wheat
  • 4 tbsp mashed avocado (mixed with 1 tsp fresh lemon juice & salt)
  • 2 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 3 tbsp non-fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup spinach
  • 1/2 cucumber (thinly sliced)
  • 1 Roma tomato (thinly sliced)
  • 1 cup alfalfa sprouts
  • 2 slices pepper jack cheese
  • 2 slices Swiss cheese
  • 2 green onions (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp fresh chives (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 1/8 tsp onion powder
  • 1/8 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Prepare the spreads by mixing mashed avocado with lemon juice and salt in one bowl, and combining softened cream cheese with Greek yogurt in another.
  2. On one slice of bread, spread a generous layer of the avocado mixture. Follow with the cream cheese spread and then layer on the spinach leaves.
  3. Add thin slices of cucumber and Roma tomato over the spinach, followed by alfalfa sprouts for crunch.
  4. Top with pepper jack and Swiss cheese slices.
  5. Sprinkle chopped green onions, chives, onion powder, garlic powder, and sunflower seeds over one slice before completing your sandwich.
