  • 3 large eggs

Instructions

  2. In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, sugar, and salt. Press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese in a large bowl until smooth. Gradually mix in sugar, vanilla extract, and vanilla bean seeds.
  4. Add eggs one at a time on low speed. Gently fold in sour cream and heavy cream until smooth.
  5. Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat until golden brown; allow to cool slightly before folding into the batter.
  6. Pour batter over the crust and bake for 50-60 minutes until edges are set but center remains slightly jiggly.
  7. Cool gradually in the oven with the door cracked for one hour before refrigerating for at least four hours or overnight.
