  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/2 cup Vegetable or Chicken Broth

Instructions

  1. Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly. Cut into consistent wedges or chunks.
  2. Soak the cut potatoes in cold water for 30-60 minutes; drain and pat dry.
  3. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
