- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 ¼ cups mayonnaise

- 2 teaspoons Sriracha
- 2 tablespoons honey
- wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine cubed chicken with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss until well coated.
- Thread 4-5 marinated chicken cubes onto each soaked wooden skewer.
- In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and honey until smooth. Reserve half for serving.
- Brush the remaining sauce over the skewers evenly.
- Place skewers in the air fryer basket and cook at 400°F for about 11-12 minutes, flipping halfway through until cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Serve warm with reserved sauce drizzled on top.
