Bang Bang Chicken Skewers are a quick and delicious way to elevate your dining experience. Perfect for parties or casual weeknight dinners, these skewers feature tender, marinated chicken cubes brushed with a creamy, spicy bang bang sauce that packs a flavorful punch.

  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 ¼ cups mayonnaise
  • â…” cup Thai sweet chili sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Sriracha
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine cubed chicken with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss until well coated.
  2. Thread 4-5 marinated chicken cubes onto each soaked wooden skewer.
  3. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and honey until smooth. Reserve half for serving.
  4. Brush the remaining sauce over the skewers evenly.
  5. Place skewers in the air fryer basket and cook at 400°F for about 11-12 minutes, flipping halfway through until cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F.
  6. Serve warm with reserved sauce drizzled on top.
