- 3/4 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice from 1/2 lemon
- 1 teaspoon finely grated zest from 1/2 lemon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and prepare an 8” x 8” baking pan with nonstick spray.
- Whisk together flour and salt in a bowl; set aside.
- In a stand mixer, cream softened butter, granulated sugar, and lemon zest until fluffy.
- Beat in eggs one at a time and mix in lemon juice until just combined.
- Gradually add the flour mixture and mix until incorporated.
- Gently fold in blueberries, then pour batter into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 22-25 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean.
- Let cool; whisk together powdered sugar, lemon juice, and zest for glaze. Spread over cooled brownies.
