Ingredients
- 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- ½ cup sugar (adjust to taste)
- Juice of 4–5 lemons (approximately ¾ cup)
- 4 cups water

Instructions
- Peel and juice the lemons until you have about ¾ cup of juice; set aside.
- In a saucepan, combine half of the lemon peels, blueberries, sugar, and 1 cup of water. Heat over medium until sugar dissolves and blueberries start popping (3-4 minutes). Remove from heat.
- Strain the mixture using a fine mesh strainer to obtain a smooth syrup.
- In a large pitcher, mix the blueberry syrup with 4 cups of cold water.
