Ingredients
- 1 sheet slider buns (butter or potato style)
- 6 slices chicken
- 6 slices cheese
- 12 eggs
- 1/2 – 1 cup melted butter (plus 1 Tablespoon for cooking eggs)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut slider buns in half horizontally and place them in a baking dish.
- Whisk eggs in a mixing bowl, then scramble in a skillet with melted butter until just set.
- Layer each bun bottom with chicken slices followed by cheese and scrambled eggs. Replace the top half of the buns.
- Pour melted butter over the sliders, cover with foil, and bake for about 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before slicing into individual sliders and serve warm.
